James Codrington
James heads the Charities Team and is a member of the Multi Asset Team. He is responsible for charity mandates at Barings. James joined Baring Asset Management in 2002. Prior to this, James worked for Deutsche Asset Management for 5 years, where he specialized in managing private client and charity funds. He also spent 2 years at Lazard Brothers and 2 years at Teather & Greenwood Investment Management. From 1988 to 1994, he served in the British Army. James has an MA (First Class) in Modern History from Oxford University
