Light emitting diode (LED) technology company Dialight is 4.5% higher this week after strong interim figures on Monday.
Revenue in the first half of the year surged to £46.17m from £34.63m in the first six months of 2009, while profit before tax leapt to £5.28m from £0.53m the year before.
Increasing adoption of LED products will help second half growth.
Shares in Israel-based technology company Emblaze have fallen following yesterday's announcement that it had filed a patent infringement complaint against Apple.
The complaint relates to the HTTP Live Streaming Application used in Apple's iPhone and other products. Emblaze says that it infinges its patents for media streaming technology.
